The role of the Learning Experience Manager is to plan, implement, and continuously improve the delivery of a high quality and efficient EFL teaching programme in line with the strategic goals of the organisation.
1. Content development - Ensuring all syllabi are ready before the beginning of the new school year, to be assessed by partner schools, including the preparation of tests before the mid and end term tests (30% of total bonus).
2. Learning experience and teacher development - Ensuring all teachers receive a minimum of 2 formal observations, and 2 pop in observations per year, and the running of a minimum of 4 hours of training workshops per semester (30% of total bonus).
3. Feedback from partnership schools - Handling feedback from partnership schools in a timely and professional manner and maintaining contracts with current partnership schools. (20% of total bonus).
4. Management - Leading your team and being part of a successful Learning Experience team, including thoroughly completing and submitting management reports by deadline, adhering to company policies and procedures (20% of total bonus).
