Job Description
Arezzo is a town of art and poets. The old town centre bears the fascinating signs of its rich history and of the great artists who left their precious mark there during the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, enriching it with the magnificent works of art which can be found in its squares, buildings and monuments. The municipal area covers a wide and varied territory, from the flat Val di Chiana valley to the hills south of the town and the mountainous areas mainly to the east.
We are looking for an English language teacher who will fit in well with our dynamic and creative team of teachers and staff and who is able to teach young learners, teenagers and adults.
Essential competencies for the role ability to provide students with the best conditions under which they can learn and flourish ability to teach well prepared lessons with clear learning outcomes which meet students’ needs excellent classroom management competencies which enable all students to stay focused and engaged in the lesson ability to bring creativity to the classroom and staffroom a team player with the ability to work independently ability to ask for help or support when you need it intercultural competences and desire to learn and adapt to local Italian context ability to communicate well with a diverse range of people have a positive approach to problem solving exhibit enthusiasm and positivity to meet the challenges of the job commitment to own professional and personal development
