Requirements You must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualificationThe role is open only to those with the right to work in the EU.

You must have full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8You must be an enthusiastic English teacher who enjoys what they do and cares about student progress

Key

Responsibilities:Plan and deliver English language lessons tailored to students' needs and aligned with curriculum guidelines.

Monitor, assess, and document student performance and progress regularly, using both formative and summative assessment practices in line with required standards and criteria.

Participate in curriculum design, resource development, and continuous school improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and student progress in compliance with requirements.

Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, CPD training sessions, peer observations, and professional development activities as required.

Support student welfare, safeguarding, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Follow academic policies and procedures, including those required for ELT Council compliance, Eaquals and IHWO inspection standards.

Administrative Duties:Complete student reports, progress reports, progress testing, assessment and feedback forms as required.

Collaborate with academic and administrative staff on scheduling, lesson planning, and academic matters.

Contribute to internal and external quality assurance processes.
