Responsibilities:Aligned with Apollo's overarching mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives, the (Group) Learning Experience Manager is entrusted with the following key responsibilities:- Oversight of all facets of the LX department, meticulously aligning activities with the center's delivery plan and the organization's strategic goals.- Collaborating closely with the Center Manager (CM) to drive strategic development initiatives at the center, synergistically harmonizing them with the center's objectives and the organization's vision.- Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and growth among teachers through comprehensive training and development programs.- Ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional learning experiences that exceed expectations, while simultaneously advancing teacher development efforts.- Effective management and communication, exemplifying leadership within the center by setting a positive example, acting as the primary point of reference for all academic-related matters, fostering seamless communication across diverse teams, and guaranteeing the timely completion of tasks with utmost attention to detail.
