Job Description An exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing education group as a Regional Learning Experience Manager. This role, based in Vietnam (Hanoi/HCMC), reports to the Head of Learning Experience. The ideal candidate should have strong English Language Teaching (ELT) academic knowledge and a passion for enhancing learning experiences and educational outcomes. Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership and Development Manager Oversight: Directly manage a team of 20-30 Group/Learning Experience Managers (G/LXMs), ensuring alignment with our educational goals and values. Recruitment and Onboarding: Attract and onboard new G/LXMs, ensuring they are well-integrated and ready to contribute effectively. Performance Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, center visits, and performance reviews to support and develop the team. 2. Quality Assurance and Training Teacher Observation Benchmarking: Ensure consistent and high standards in teacher observations across all centers. Teacher Training: Oversee teacher training sessions, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational objectives. 3. Communication and Engagement Regular Updates: Maintain effective communication through bi-weekly emails, Slack moderation, and regular meetings. Team Engagement: Organize team-building and engagement activities to foster a positive and cohesive work environment. 4. Project and Change Management Project Oversight: Lead key projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Change Management: Develop and implement strategies for smooth transitions during organizational changes. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to secure support for projects and initiatives. 5. Strategic Planning and KPI Monitoring KPI Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Data Analysis: Utilize data to inform strategic planning and drive continuous improvement. Long-Term Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve the organization’s vision of empowering children to fulfil their potential.
