Job Description Role Overview The Activity Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our activity programme. You will be responsible for managing a team of Activity Leaders, overseeing the planning and delivery of on-site activities, off-site excursions, and ensuring student safety and engagement. The role involves liaising with staff, students, and external clients, and being part of the Centre Management Team.
Locations & DatesOxford: 2nd July – 13th August 2025, International House Oxford, St Edward’s School (12-17 year olds)Payment £780 (including holiday pay) + paid induction.
Contract 1–6 weeks, depending on location.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the activity programme, including excursions and on-site activitiesOversee the rota and ensure Activity Leaders are fully preparedConduct appraisals and provide ongoing support and guidance to the activity teamLiaise with Centre Management, Welfare Managers, and external clientsEnsure the safety and well-being of students during all activitiesManage budgets for the activity department and monitor stock levelsHold daily meetings with staff and ensure they are fully briefed for excursions and transfers
