Role OverviewAs Assistant Director of Studies, you'll play a key role in supporting the Director of Studies (DoS) to ensure the academic success of our summer EFL programme. You’ll oversee student placement, manage teacher performance, support day-to-day academic operations, and ensure high-quality teaching standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for teaching.

Key
ResponsibilitiesAcademic Management: Administer student placement, monitor attendance, and track academic progress.
Teacher Support: Guide teachers in lesson planning, provide feedback, and support their professional development.
Teaching (When Required): Cover lessons and model best practices in the classroom.
End-of-Course Administration: Organise certificates, reports, and graduation ceremonies.
Student Support: Address academic concerns, provide advice, and assist with arrivals and departures.
Communication: Liaise with Group Leaders and maintain regular communication with the DoS.
