Your location Please give your location whilst studying the course (we need this for administrative purposes).

Is your employer paying? If your employer is paying, please give a contact name and email, and the address and VAT number of the company.

10% IH OTTI discount? If you have completed an IH OTTI course in the last 12 months, and would like 10% loyalty discount, please give course details.

IH Staff discounted price? If you work in an IH school, you can get a special price. Please give your school, DOS name and email so we can verify this.

Discount for State School Teacher? If you would like a discount because you work in a state school, please give the name and location of your school
