How long were you an EFL teacher, and how long have you been a teacher trainer?

I have been teaching EFL for more than 40 years and a teacher trainer since 2002. Teaching has been my whole career.

What are your hopes/aspirations for your trainees?

I share my knowledge and experience with my trainees, set them a model of how devoted one can be to their job and hope they appreciate it and learn from it.

When you were an EFL teacher what did you like most, and how do you bring that into the classroom for your trainees?

It is impossible to be a tutor and not to teach students, otherwise, it will be difficult to encourage your trainees to teach. I try to combine both, teaching and being a teacher trainer.

What advice would you give your trainees for successfully completing the course?

Work hard and ask questions.

What advice would you give your trainees for an interesting and rewarding career?

Be open to new ideas, do not be afraid to experiment and take risks, and never stop developing.
