Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic teachers who would like to join our dynamic team at IH Bydgoszcz, where we have been providing high quality lessons and teacher support for over 30 years.
Our school is particularly suitable for teachers in the first few years of their career after their initial certificate. We provide a highly supportive environment where your career can go from strength to strength through our comprehensive development programme. Your timetable will include a mix of ages and levels, including young learners, teenagers, adults and 121s. You will be teaching up to 25 teaching hours a week (25 x 45 mins). Some of your classes will be off-site, either in companies around the city or in one of our satellite schools in the small towns surrounding Bydgoszcz. Whenever necessary, you will be driven to these lessons, with travel time paid. The majority of your teaching will take place between 15:30 19:30, although some classes will finish at 21:00 and there may be in-company classes in the mornings. There is no weekend teaching, though on some Saturdays (no more than 4 a year) you'll be involved in some social events or teacher training days.
