Essential Requirements
- You must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification
- You must have a degree (e.g. BA, BSc)
- You must have a YL qualification
- You must have experience teaching Young Learners
- You must have full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8
- Experience working with high level teens (B2 and above) is also desirable

International House Riga is seeking enthusiastic, qualified teachers to join our supportive and professional team. Responsibilities
• Approximately 23 contact hours per week, plus 2 hours dedicated to professional development.
• Teaching a range of levels and ages, with a focus on young learners and teenagers.
• Regular lesson planning, administrative duties, end-of-term tests and reports.
• Opportunities to teach adults, IELTS, and business English.
• Two consecutive days off per week.
• Mostly face-to-face teaching if relocating to Riga; some online classes possible.
• Opportunity to design and teach culture-based lessons and clubs
• Possibility to discuss a reduced timetable at interview.
