Essential Requirements
- You must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification
- You must have a degree (e.g. BA, BSc)
- You must have experience teaching Young Learners
- You must have full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with a preference for individuals with prior management experience, showcasing their leadership acumen.
Job Description
1. Scope:
The (Group) Learning Experience Manager ((G)LXM) assumes a pivotal role in upholding Apollo's mission by ensuring the standardization of learning experience systems and fostering teacher development at the center level.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
Aligned with Apollo's overarching mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives, the (Group) Learning Experience Manager is entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
- Oversight of all facets of the LX department, meticulously aligning activities with the center's delivery plan and the organization's strategic goals.
- Collaborating closely with the Center Manager (CM) to drive strategic development initiatives at the center, synergistically harmonizing them with the center's objectives and the organization's vision.
- Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and growth among teachers through comprehensive training and development programs.
- Ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional learning experiences that exceed expectations, while simultaneously advancing teacher development efforts.
- Effective management and communication, exemplifying leadership within the center by setting a positive example, acting as the primary point of reference for all academic-related matters, fostering seamless communication across diverse teams, and guaranteeing the timely completion of tasks with utmost attention to detail.
