Essential Requirements
- You must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification

- Minimum 5 years' experience in ELT/ESL education management

Job Description
1.Learning experience and academic outcomes
Improve the learning experience to ensure our brand promises are delivered to a high standard, backed up by data: Confidence & fluency; guaranteed academic success; parent partnership; future skills; impactful, effective learning; international experts.
Work closely with the Director of Content & Learning Experience to develop and implement new products and learning experiences.
Stay informed on the latest trends in education and ELT methodology and apply them tactically in our programs.
2.Framework and system building for efficiency & business scaling
Ownership of learning experience KPIs for all students at Apollo.
Compliance and standardisation: Enhance processes and systems to ensure learning experience consistency across centres.
Data management and quality assurance: Design and implement a tracking system to measure academic quality and learning outcomes, providing actions for continuous process improvement.
Design, review and adjust operational policies and procedures as needed to support student learning and fit the evolving business context and increased operational scale.
Collaborate effectively with Heads of Department to ensure the entire customer journey (beyond academic outcomes) is optimised for existing and new students, parents and alumni.
3.People Development
Develop a high-performing, cohesive, proactive Learning Experience Team.
Map an effective talent development program through training frameworks in order to support operational scale-up.
Improve teacher vintage and engagement.
4.Brand Leadership
Reinforce Apollo’s position as the leader in ELT for young learners in Vietnam and the region.
Champion our brand culture internally within the teaching team and across the wider organisation.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in ELT/ESL education management
- Passionate about young learners’ learning experience and student outcomes
