Essential Requirements
- You must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification
- Full mastery of English (C2 level) across all 4 skills
- 2 years teaching experience using communicative methodology
- Experience teaching young learners
Desirable
- A young learner qualification.
- Experience of teaching Cambridge exam preparation courses, particularly at B2 and C1 level.
Job Description
We are seeking experienced teachers with strong teamwork and communication skills, who are passionate about their professional growth, to join our senior team in September 2025. The Role:
We offer a full-time contract with a guaranteed monthly salary. You will teach 20 hours per week (1 teaching hour = 50 minutes) across a diverse range of levels and ages, including one-to-one and Cambridge exam preparation
The rest of your time will be spent supporting less experienced staff in the following ways:
• Running planning meetings for staff
• Conducting observation
• Running workshops
• Providing ad hoc support for teachers in the staff room with things like classroom management and student progress
Other Benefits
Flights: One return flight to Poland from within Europe to the value of approximately 400PLN each way (or equivalent contribution towards a flight from outside Europe). The refund for your flight to Poland is on arrival, with the return leg refunded on completion of the contract.
Accommodation: Accommodation provided in a shared 2-bed, fully-equipped flat close to the school with utilities also covered.
Visa: Full support with the visa process for non-EU nationals.
Holiday: Regular, fully-paid holidays throughout the year, including: two weeks for Christmas/New Year, two weeks for Ferie in early February, Easter and other national holidays. Approximately two weeks pro-rata holiday pay is also paid at the end of the contract.
